VP and Compliance Officer Kristin Waddle completes compliance program
First Community Bank Vice President and Compliance Officer Kristin Waddle has successfully completed the Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer Program, sponsored by the Community Banker University®.
To earn this certification, Waddle was required to complete Community Banker University seminars focused in three specific areas of compliance including program development, lending compliance, and deposit and marketing compliance as well as pass comprehensive examinations in each area.
With more than 10 years of banking experience, Waddle has served as the bank’s compliance officer since 2012.
A Tusculum College graduate, she received her bachelor of arts in business administration with a concentration in general management. Waddle resides in Telford, Tenn., with her husband, Hunter, and their son, Barrett.
