Our Colonial Heights branch drive thru will be closed temporarily beginning April 9. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For emergency access to your Colonial Heights safe deposit box, please call 423-392-5800 to schedule an appointment.

Please visit our drive thru at our Downtown Kingsport location at 444 East Center Street or any of our Hawkins County branch locations including Church Hill, Surgoinsville, or Rogersville (East Main and West Main). All FCB branch lobbies remain closed at this time for the safety of our customers and our staff.

As always, you may access your accounts 24/7 via online banking, mobile banking, or telephone banking at 888-771-0033 or 423-272-0033. We appreciate your patience as we navigate serving you during this pandemic.
