With nearly 30 years of financial services experience, Dana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Banking from ETSU, is a graduate from the SW Graduate School of Banking (Cox School of Business) from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and is also a graduate from The Southern School of Commercial Lending sponsored by the Tennessee Bankers Association in cooperation with the Georgia & Louisiana Bankers Associations.
Since joining First Community Bank of East Tennessee in 2006, Dana has worked in several capacities including Loan Administration, Compliance, Loan Officer & Lender, and on special projects for the bank.
She also serves on the Women in Banking Member Committee for the Tennessee Bankers Association and has been selected to serve as the 2025 Committee Chair. Dana is originally from Cleveland, Tennessee and currently resides in Johnson City, Tennessee.
