First Community Bank of East Tennessee (FCB) recently announced two promotions that have brought new faces to Rogersville.

Miranda Gray Cooper has been promoted to senior vice president of retail banking and marketing. In this new leadership position, she will be responsible for all branch operations including staffing, training, product design and implementation, and retail development.
Her office is located at the bank’s headquarters at 809 West Main Street in Rogersville. Cooper will join the Hawkins County FCB team in representing the bank in the business community and as a supporter of the Rogersville/Hawkins County Chamber of Commerce.
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, Cooper previously served the bank as the vice president of marketing and will continue to oversee all marketing and communication functions for the bank.
She is a 1998 graduate of East Tennessee State University, where she was inducted into the Student Leader Hall of Fame. She went on to be named to the Business Journal’s 40 under Forty in 2001. Most recently, she was named FCB’s Spirit of Leadership Employee of the Year in 2018. Cooper resides in Church Hill with her husband, Kevin, and daughter, Delaney.

Todd Brown has been named vice president of retail lending. In his new role, Brown will supervise the retail lending staff for the entire bank as well as be responsible for loan development in Hawkins County and the surrounding area. His office will also be located at the West Main branch in Rogersville.
With more than 26 years of financial services experience, he formerly served the bank as a commercial lender and credit analyst. Brown was among the 39 graduates of the 2018 Southeastern School of Commercial Lending ranking in the top ten percent of his class.
He and his wife, Denise, currently reside in Greeneville and
have two children, Gregory and Emily.
