First Community Bank of East Tennessee (FCB) recently announced promotions at three Hawkins County branch locations.
Marc Borghetti has been promoted to banking officer and Surgoinsville branch manager. He previously served as the assistant branch manager. He will supervise the Surgoinsville branch staff and is responsible for business development in the Surgoinsville market and the surrounding areas.
With more than 17 years of customer service experience, Borghetti is a graduate of Volunteer High School and East Tennessee State University. He resides in Surgoinsville with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters, Josafina and Maelyn.
Debbie Alvis Helton has been named banking officer. Employed with FCB for more than eight years, she has served as the in-store branch manager at the Rogersville Walmart location since 2017.
Helton will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch and business development efforts in the Hawkins County market.
A Hawkins County native and Volunteer High School graduate, Helton currently resides in Rogersville. She has one daughter, Katie Shanks, and one granddaughter, Caroline Grace.
Jamie Ward has been named banking officer and branch manager at the Church Hill location. She will supervise the branch staff and be responsible for business development in the Church Hill market and the surrounding areas.
With more than 15 years of retail banking experience, the Cherokee High School graduate currently resides in Church Hill with her husband, Shannon.
