With the recent approval of a second economic stimulus package, we know our customers are anxious to receive their stimulus payments from the IRS. Eligible Americans will begin receiving stimulus money in the amount of $600 per person this week.
We are currently receiving an influx of calls regarding these payments. We are also experiencing intermittent downtime with online banking and mobile banking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team members are working diligently to answer your calls and to restore our online banking services.
In the meantime, here is some important information regarding payments:
- FCB does not have any information regarding the dates individual payments will be disbursed. You can check the status of your payments on the IRS website.
- Most U.S. taxpayers who are eligible for payments will automatically receive their payment without doing anything. You should receive your payment by direct deposit, or it will be mailed to you.
- Remember to be on the lookout for scam artists trying to steal your confidential information. The IRS will not call, text, or email you asking for personal or bank account information.
Online banking/mobile banking customers:
FCB can only receive ACH transactions from the Federal Reserve three (3) times per day. If you are checking for your stimulus payment, you only need to check one time in the morning anytime between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 pm;
If not yet received, you can check again between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm;
If not yet received, you can check again one time after 5:00 pm.
We encourage our online/mobile banking users to set up a “Deposit Account Alert” either within the Mobile Banking App or on Internet Banking.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
