Stephanie Lane, VP was named Retail Lending Manager effective November 2022. Lane currently serves as Facilities Manager and Business Development Manager. Along with her current duties, Lane’s new responsibilities will include leading and directing all retail loan officers. Lane will oversee loan origination, training, as well as coaching and development for all retail lending officers.
A graduate of Gate City High School, Lane attended Mountain Empire Community College and also graduated from the Southern School of Consumer Credit. She was named Best of the Best Loan Officer in Hawkins County by the Rogersville Review in 2017 and named the 2018 Lender of the Year by the FCB Board of Directors.
Jordan Key, AVP was promoted to Security Officer effective November 2022. Key also serves as Systems/Security Administrator. Key will assume responsibility for the bank’s physical security in addition to his current role. Key is also responsible for the bank’s hardware development and installation, vendor management, cybersecurity oversight, and technical trouble shooting.
With more than 20 years of IT experience, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Business Assurance from Western Governors University.
