Now that’s a simple and easy way to help protect yourself from identity theft.
Looking for another way? Sign up for e-statements. E-statements match our familiar paper statements, and you can view, print, or save them. You can also speed up the delivery with more timely, more secure interactive electronic statements. So, receiving your bank statement sooner, electronically, and then reviewing it carefully can also help protect you from identity fraud.
Finally, knowing when your payments are due and following up if you do not receive in the mail, reviewing your health insurance and plan statements, and shredding documents containing personal information can also help protect you from identity theft. Plus, it’s also good to review each of your three credit reports on a regular basis.
